Design and class-A CAD surface data for a roof-mounted sensor enclosure on Toyota's autonomous concept vehicle. Workflow began with a 3D scan of the clay model, which was used as a reference surface to develop production-intent single-span geometry in Alias. Particular attention was given to curvature continuity across panel interfaces and integration with the vehicle's roofline, ensuring the enclosure reads as a resolved, designed component rather than an afterthought.

Cryogenic Vial Device
Design lead on a cryogenic vial storage system — a first-of-its-kind product requiring an industrial design language built from scratch around evolving mechanical and electronic components. The most consequential decision was replacing a small OLED display with a large LED dial readable from across the lab, trading technical novelty for genuine usability.

Billet aluminum iPhone case taken from sketch through to a manufactured product available for sale. Designed for CNC machining from extruded aluminum stock, the project required close consideration of machinability alongside aesthetics; translating a consumer product concept into a commercially viable, precision-made object.
