Medical Cryogenic Vial Machine
Commissioned by phone case manufacturer Edge to design and develop a line of machined aluminum iPhone cases; CNC machined from custom extrusions with a TPU band securing the phone. My role covered the full industrial design workflow: user research, concept development, precision CAD modeling, rapid prototyping, and engineering support through to production.
Tool path adjustment resolved a CNC machining defect during prototyping.
Camera opening enlarged to eliminate flash flare on early prototype.
